Terms and Conditions – Rules and Policies for 911jili Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 911jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and 911jili ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 911jili website or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use 911jili. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To create and maintain an account on 911jili, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 911jili strictly prohibits minors from registering or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or any list of persons prohibited from participating in gaming activities as regulated by PAGCOR or any relevant authority.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 911jili or any affiliated company.

911jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 911jili. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 911jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your 911jili account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 911jili login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 911jili will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Verification

911jili may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on 911jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Deposit amounts are credited to your wallet in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is offered or supported on the platform.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

911jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Payment method availability may vary.

4.3 Minimum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 911jili within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution and network conditions. 911jili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 911jili may withhold a withdrawal pending verification review. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered under the same name as the 911jili account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

911jili offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to your 911jili wallet after qualifying conditions are met (e.g., first deposit, minimum deposit amount).
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred to another member.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• 911jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, including collusion or the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and associated accounts closed.

5.1 Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are paid to the referring member once the referred friend successfully registers and completes a qualifying deposit. The referred friend must be a genuinely new user who has not previously held a 911jili account. Self-referrals or referrals between the same household using different accounts may be disqualified at 911jili's discretion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on 911jili. These limits are displayed on the betting interface and may vary by game, market, and member tier. 911jili reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from 911jili. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance — bets may be refused or voided at 911jili's discretion, including in cases of technical error, odds feed failure, or suspected abuse.

6.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled; a key participant is replaced before the event begins (subject to specific sport rules); there is a clear and demonstrable pricing error; or the event result cannot be officially verified within a reasonable timeframe.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets on 911jili are processed in real time. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between when you place a bet and when it is confirmed. 911jili is not liable for bets that are placed based on information the member already had access to that was not yet reflected in live odds.

6.5 Palpable Errors

In the event of a clear and obvious error in the publication of odds (a "palpable error"), 911jili reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This applies even if the error was not immediately apparent at the time of placing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 911jili and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to place bets or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 911jili staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation during the verification process.

8. Responsible Gaming

911jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members manage their play. We believe gaming should remain a form of entertainment — enjoyable, voluntary, and within personal financial limits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 911jili members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 911jili platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game titles, graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 911jili or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written consent of 911jili.

Game providers whose titles appear on 911jili retain their own intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of third-party game content is prohibited and may be subject to separate legal action by those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 911jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or system downtime outside of 911jili's direct control.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence, including failure to secure account credentials.
• Third-party payment delays or failures caused by GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform during a technical error period.

911jili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of 911jili is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using 911jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

911jili will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, or regulatory authorities is done so only where required to operate the platform lawfully or comply with applicable regulations.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

12.2 Suspension by 911jili

911jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The member is found to have violated any of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• The member has provided false registration information.
• The account appears to be operated by a minor.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided. Remaining genuine deposits may be returned at 911jili's discretion, subject to full verification and applicable deductions.

13. Changes to These Terms

911jili may update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify members via email or an in-platform notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of 911jili after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of 911jili, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

911jili operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Members agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine regulatory bodies for any gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 911jili support.
